Meet the management team

Oakdale Group of Companies, LLC. is a Houston, Texas based financial services firm that assists owners of mid-sized businesses to better manage their company’s finances.

We believe that a fragmented approach to financial services is detrimental to both the owner and the business. Financial stability is better maintained when perspectives are shared between financial advisors, accountants, lenders and insurance professionals. This synergy of financial services decreases errors, presents opportunities and increases return on investment.

By providing key financial services under one roof, Oakdale Group maximizes financial opportunity and creates savings for mid-sized clients. Business owners also have the added benefit of working with one vendor, reducing duplication and administrative burden.

Irfan has over 20 years of financial consulting experience and has assisted countless individuals and companies attain their financial goals.

Prior to starting Oakdale Mr. Abji was the CFO and Partner at TPS, Inc., a merchant banking firm focusing on international infrastructure projects. The company procured financing for international companies with projects above $25 Million. Projects that Mr. Abji oversaw included the financing of crude

a glass bottle manufacturing plant in Poland; Feasibility of a Telecommunications topping units in Russia; Low Income Housing for the Country of Belize; Funding for project which included the of launching five geosynchronous satellites in partnership with several Russian Companies and Government subsidiaries.

Prior to his involvement with TPS, Mr. Abji was President of Texas Syndication, Inc., a subsidiary to TM Group, a family owned businesses in various countries in Africa. His responsibilities included the expansion and diversification of the businesses geographically.Projects included the acquisition of hospitality real estate when partnering with Gencom Hospitality and Patriot American Hospitality, who ultimately took all real estate holding public through a REIT; expansion of telecommunications representation of NCR and AT&T after their merger; partnering with Toronto Basketball Associates in bidding for the NBA expansion to Toronto, Canada. Prior to his joining the family business Mr. Abji had worked for CitiBank as a Loan Executive in Southern California.

As a previous commercial liaison between two governments, Alejandra brings vast knowledge in understanding the relationships needed to attain growth. Her duties at Oakdale includes the management of operations and quality control. Prior to joining Oakdale, Alejandra was the Commercial Projects Liaison for the Government of Coquimbo, Chile. Her responsibilities included the managing of trade and business relations of foreign companies in Chile and assisting the Chilean Government manage bilateral trade between Argentina, where she was based, and Chile. Alejandra is an Industrial Designer by profession.
